We have embarked on creating a strategic plan for St. Paul’s.  As we look to move fully into new buildings on our new property, now is a good time for us to be intentional and clear about what kind of parish and school we want to be in that new place.  We want to be intentional about who we are, and to create some strategic goals.

You are being invited to participate.  There will be opportunities for you to give your input in regards to three fundamental questions which will guide us into the future.

1.   What do we want to keep doing as a parish?
2.   What do we need to stop doing?
3.   What should we start doing?

The answers to these questions will guide how we move forward as a parish.  This information will enable us to come up with focused and intentional strategies to accomplish what is suggested. This is what we call a strategic plan.  Your input is essential to this process.   We can’t do this without you.
